John Falconer

  1. Sir John Falconer, one of John of Guant's, Duke of Lancaster, chief retainers.
  2. Accompanied Edmund Langley's expedition to Portugal to aid King Fernando against Juan I of Castile (1381).
  3. Joined the Duke of Lancaster's campaign in Scotland (1384).
  4. Participated also in Lancaster's Peninsular expedition but was killed near Benavente (1387).
